How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings after you sign in. Once canceled, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a clearer explanation of how charges work?

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly cycle until you cancel. When you upgrade, your plan changes immediately and your billing updates accordingly.

  • Monthly renewal: your plan renews each month.
  • Upgrade/downgrade: your access level changes based on your active plan.
  • Cancel: you keep access through the end of the paid period.

Is there an annual membership option?
